Refund policy
Mobility Plus Returns and Refunds Policy.
(a) We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the white glove delivery fees, return shipping fees, and a restocking fee equal to 25% of the sale price of the product, subject to our Return Notification Policy and Excluded Item Policy, as described herein. All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned, including chargers, baskets, mirrors, manuals, additional shrouds, and any and all other product components.
(b) If you inform us of your intention to cancel your order between the point of purchase and the arrival of the delivery agent at your shipping address, we will email you a Delivery Confirmation Form. In order to be eligible for a refund of the white glove delivery fees, you must initial the box labeled "Order Rejected or Returned" and submit the same to us ("Order Rejection Submittal") within thirty-six (36) hours of receipt ("White Glove Refund Deadline"). If you do not complete your Order Rejection Submittal prior to the White Glove Refund Deadline, you acknowledge and agree that you will be deemed to have waived your right to such refund. If you reject the delivery of the products at the time the delivery agent arrives at your shipping address, you will be deemed to have relinquished your right to a refund of the white glove delivery fees. You acknowledge and agree that products become ineligible for return once delivered. The foregoing shall be referred to herein as the "Return Notification Policy."
(c) Refunds are processed within approximately ten business days of (i) your Order Rejection Submittal or (ii) your rejection of the delivery of products at your shipping location. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
(d) Certain custom-made products are non-returnable, including custom-built lift chairs and scooters and power chairs with custom add-ons ("Excluded Item Policy").
