Shipping policy

White Glove Delivery is a premium service automatically included with all purchases made through Mobility Plus Online, subject to our Terms and Conditions. This service ensures that your new product is delivered directly to your home with care. Mobility Plus Online or White Glove Delivery Agent will coordinate a delivery window, assemble the product (when applicable), provide a brief product orientation, and remove all packaging materials. 

This service is ideal for those seeking additional assistance with the delivery and set-up of their new mobility scooters, power wheelchairs or other related mobility products. 

What to Expect with White Glove Delivery: 

  1. Inspection & Assembly: Your product will be shipped to a local agent who will inspect, assemble, and charge the equipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and is fully operational. 
  1. Scheduled Delivery: The agent will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window. 
  1. In-Home Service: On the scheduled date, the agent will: 
  • Deliver the product inside your home. 
  • Set it up in the location of your choice. 
  • Test the product to confirm it functions correctly. 
  • Provide usage instructions. 
  • Remove all packaging materials. 

White Glove Delivery Costs: 

  • The cost of White Glove Delivery is automatically included in the final sale price at checkout. 
  • Additional surcharges may apply for certain rural zip codes or for larger products. There may be additional delivery time due to shipping and handling requirements. 
  • Please note: We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories outside of the continental US and international destinations. In addition, we reserve the right not to provide deliveries to specific locations or zip codes. 
  • Products typically arrive within 5-7 business days after leaving the manufacturer, if not limited by unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, logistical issues, etc.). The White Glove Service will contact you once the item reaches their local facility to schedule delivery at your convenience. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer and, in some cases, may not be available. See note above.
